Dr. Nathaniel Fletcher WatsonNathaniel Fletcher Watson, MD, is a board certified neurologist and sleep specialist. He joined the University of Washington faculty in 2002 and is an active researcher, teacher, and practitioner of sleep medicine. His research interests focus on genomic aspects of sleep duration and the effects of sleep curtailment on metabolism and inflammation. Dr. Watson is an associate professor of neurology and co-director of the University of Washington Medicine Sleep Center. He is also current president of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a member of the board of directors of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Sleep Medicine Foundation.
